SecureServe Academy™
Accessibility Statement
Effective June 15, 2026
Our Commitment
SecureServe Academy™ is committed to ensuring that its platform is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We work toward compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level across all public-facing pages, the student portal, and certification program interfaces.
Current Status
SecureServe Academy™ is actively working to identify and address accessibility gaps across the platform. Our current efforts include:
- Semantic HTML structure across all pages for improved compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigability for primary navigation, interactive elements, and student portal functions.
- Color contrast ratios in core interface elements that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Descriptive alternative text for all non-decorative images.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Descriptive page titles and heading hierarchy on all pages.
Known Limitations
Some platform features may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. These limitations are being addressed as part of ongoing development. Areas currently under active review include interactive quiz and examination interfaces and certain rich-content lesson components.
