Third-Party Certification, Licensing, and Government Fees

Important Notice
Students are responsible for any third-party fees required outside of SecureServe Academy™.
SecureServe Academy™ tuition does not include fees charged by outside agencies, including state licensing boards, regulatory authorities, exam proctors, government agencies, professional associations, background screening providers, or other external organizations.
These outside fees are paid directly to the third party. SecureServe Academy™ does not collect, control, manage, or refund those fees.
Third-party fees may include, but are not limited to:
- State licensing application fees
- Notary commission fees
- Bonding or insurance fees
- IRS PTIN registration fees
- Background check fees
- Fingerprinting fees
- Exam proctoring fees
- Government filing fees
- Professional association fees
- Any other outside fee required by a licensing, regulatory, or professional body
Because these fees are not collected by SecureServe Academy™, they are not refundable by SecureServe Academy™ under any circumstance.
Students are responsible for reviewing all licensing, registration, and third-party fee requirements for their state, profession, or intended career path before enrolling.
