SecureServe Academy operates as an independent educational institution. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, regulatory body, or employer organization. Our curriculum is developed independently, based on publicly available federal and state regulations, professional standards, and industry guidance.

We do not claim accreditation from any recognized accrediting body. We disclose this clearly to prospective students.

All educational content, examination materials, and credential documentation are developed with strict adherence to accuracy, honesty, and professional ethics. We do not overstate career outcomes, guarantee employment, or misrepresent the nature of our certifications.

Students are entitled to honest, complete information before enrollment.

Students are expected to engage with curriculum honestly, complete assessments independently, represent their credentials accurately to employers and clients, and comply with all applicable federal and state licensing or registration requirements in their jurisdiction.

A SecureServe Academy credential documents educational completion — it does not replace any government-issued license where one is legally required.

Examinations must be completed independently. Sharing exam questions, answers, or session credentials is prohibited and results in immediate credential revocation. All examination attempts are logged.

Academic integrity violations are treated as permanent disqualifying events with no refund. Students who identify errors in curriculum or exam content are encouraged to report them through official channels.

Examinations are developed to assess practical knowledge of regulatory frameworks and professional responsibilities. Passing thresholds are set to reflect minimum professional competency. All exam banks are reviewed periodically for accuracy against current regulations.

A minimum passing score of 80% is required for credential issuance. Students who do not pass may retake examinations according to program-specific policies.

Certificates issued by SecureServe Academy document the successful completion of a structured educational program and associated examination. Each certificate includes a unique verification code that can be independently confirmed through our public credential verification system.

Certificates do not expire; however, students are responsible for staying current with regulatory changes in their professional field through continuing education.

We believe credential verification should be fast, public, and frictionless. Any employer, client, or regulator can verify a SecureServe Academy credential at secureserveacademy.com/credentials/verify without creating an account or contacting the institution.

Verification results include the credential holder's name, program, completion date, and certificate status. We treat credential transparency as a non-negotiable institutional standard.

SecureServe Academy programs are designed to be accessible to working adults regardless of educational background, geographic location, or prior professional experience. We do not have admissions prerequisites.

Programs are self-paced, fully online, and priced to reflect accessible entry into professional fields. Scholarship and reduced-access programs are evaluated on an ongoing basis to further reduce financial barriers.

Student records, examination data, and personal information are held in strict confidence. We do not sell student data to third parties.

Credential verification requests reveal only the credential holder's name, program, completion status, and date — no additional personal or contact information is disclosed. Our full privacy practices are documented in our Privacy Policy.

We monitor federal and state regulatory developments that affect the professional fields in which we offer certification programs. When regulations change, affected curriculum is updated to reflect current requirements. Version history is maintained for all programs.

Students who completed a program prior to a regulatory update are notified of material changes that affect their professional responsibilities.

SecureServe Academy conducts structured curriculum reviews on a minimum annual basis. Student feedback, examination performance data, and regulatory updates are all incorporated into revision cycles. No program is treated as permanently final.

Our commitment to accuracy is ongoing, not limited to initial publication.
